Project Example2: Freelance consultant

Suppose that you are a freelance consultant who is going to use the MobilePM primarily for recording work time and billing the customer for labor time. In this case the project WBS should be kept as simple as possible. The advantages of applying the MobilePM are

Quickly creating a feasible work plan for yourself under consideration of existing holidays and vacations,
Be able to capture working time fast and anywhere you want and
Be able to create timesheets and invoices comfortably at the end of month.

Project situation: In this engagement you serve as a consultant supporting the customer in improving their business processes. The methodology of running the project is assumed to be the renowned issue-based consulting. The project started from the beginning of October and ends on the 16th of January of 2015. The data contained in the example represent the state up to 2014/11/17.
